I understand how editing works, and it is necessary at times to only select certain parts of a track that you want to use. The only reason I have put the stipulation on my license in the above section is from too many bad run-ins or horror stories, mostly concerning 'samplers' or 'beat makers,' where a drum kit is thrown over a pre-existing piece, then written off as their original work, and attempted to be sold as their own. Unfortunately you're going to have bad run-ins from time to time, and it ruins some of the experience for folks out there who are honest and only wish to use your work for what it is.
